Tell me about it, I've been the same for weeks, I need a good kick up the backside but my foot won't reach, think it could be the weather or just the time of year, holidays over, too long to Christmas and nothing much happening in between, I'll kick your backside to get you going if you do the same for me OK.

The lazier you are the lazier you become, I know as I'm the same! If you are happy don't worry, but if you are getting bored do something!
Fresh air and sunlight will make you feel less lazy, and just being outside is kind of like doing something (well that's what i tell myself!)
You might be lacking vitamins and minerals. Such as vitamin B which helps your nervous system, it may need perking up a bit. Vitamin C is energising and apparently honey is very good for vitality.
Perhaps your body is telling you it wants a rest!

Laziness is a choice. It can become habitual. If you keep acting out how you feel then it's harder to motivate yourself to do anything. Maybe you don't really WANT to do anything? It's a case of making yourself NOT be lazy - sorry. Go for a walk (in spite of the pants weather), or get on a bus to the shops and mooch around. TURN OFF the TV and get off this computer! It can become soooo addicitve, I know. Sorry, there're no easy answers. Only you can choose not to be so lazy, nobody else can do it for you.

Try these things:
- Get regular sleep (at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night)
- Go to sleep early
- Try eating more fruit and vegetables (this food is cheaper too)
- Go for a walk when you need to calm down or need to clear your head.
- Say no to people (be honest and direct)

Maybe your just a bit depressed this week, i've been there and there is nothing to interest you and you can't be basically arsed to go out and find something which gives you an interest. your not lazy just a bit down, force yourself to go and do something and don't let yourself say no just do it like go out and get some groceries or visit a friend.

eating snacks, foods high in sugar and processed foods will reduce your energy levels and make you depressed. by eating fresh fruit veg and foods high in B vitamins such as green leave veg, pulses (dried beans, mung beans) will all help give you more energy and help you feel like doing some thing. basically if you eat crap you will feel crap. going out will help energise you because your body will be absorbing vitamin D from sun light. my boyfriend did not belive me till i showed him and he told me to type this. if you wish to know more about healthy eating there are lots of web sites to look at for example www.5aday.com or www.5aday.nhs.uk these will help you on your way to much healthier diet
