They have certain shakes like Ensure that are pretty fattening but healty. You can also try eating more meats and fruits. Fruits contain healthy carbs, but you can also buy this special powder at your health foods store, i dont remember what its called but you can mix it in a number of things like beverages and such, and its pretty efective for weight gain...

A healthy way to gain weight is building muscle - exercising. Don't go and try to gain weight in an unhealthy way by eating non-stop - it isn't good for you! I don't know why you would want to gain weight. Talk to a doctor for suggestions - they would know the best way.

I was the same way a few years ago!! Eventually though, your metabolism will slow down a bit and you will pack on some pounds. Don't eat fast food or food that is bad for you. It will only deteriorate your health and possibly give you cellulite. I suggest going to the gym and building some muscle, which weighs more than fat.

Get pregnant? Works every time for me! Actually, I have a friend that is a bean pole..... she finally gained some weight when she started working out at the gym. She is 5'9" and weighed 105 forever, and since working out and building some muscle tone she's now 128.

Weight lifting, creates muscle mass.... Eat 5 small meals a day, fruit smoothie's are very good for you and alot of calories due to natural sugar's....Creatine adds water weight to your muscles and add good definition with lifting.... If you do this consistently you will see alot in 3 weeks.... I did.....

just try to take in a few extra Cal's. a lot of they weight gainer products can make you very constipated, like have to go to the doctor constipation. don't use these.

Drink caned drinks for the elderly like Ensure shakes, it builds you up faster . drink it very cold .
