Why do people even call some celebrities hot or ask who they think the hottest female is when all they have is makeup caked on their faces, proffesional lighting and such? Like, the so-called hottest females out there happen to be the young spoiled ones who are the most fake! What is up with that?

I agree, I think most celebrities are not hot once the make up is taken off but hey neither are most of us. I remember a few years back on the disney channel they actually took a super model and had her take off all her make up on camera so she could show the young girls what she really looked like. It was a huge difference and I gave huge kudos to that model for doing that to show young girls that most people aren't born gorgeous.
There are people who are beautiful without the make up too such as like said above Angelina jolie ( it's her lips and eyes), halle berry (beautiful skin, gorgeous lips and eyes) not to mention they take care of themselves and keep a nice body. Keep in mind though it's not just pure and simple beauty, it's features something that we all have. Also keep in mind that we are our worst critics. I may see you on the street with no make up on at all and think you are gorgeous while you would think you are having the worst beauty day ever. ( not the right word for it but you get my drift)
And I have to disagree with a poster, Paris and Nichole are spoiled just like MOST of the other kids who's moms and dads are rich. Wether they worked or not (which I'd really like to know how you think they worked since they goofed on tv all the time and have never had a real job other than posing for photos or videos lol ) they got started just because mommy or daddy requested it by someone who owes them a favor or handed over lots of money. C'mon we all know it. I know their are spoiled kids out there like for instance of the top of my head Brooke Hogan or Ozzy's daughter who do sing and work hard at it but lol c'mon they got the deal only because of who their parents are and the money they have. Most of us who could sing twice as good as them couldn't even get in the door and you know it. It's all about who you know and how much you have in hollywood!! :)
To all young girls out there, be yourself ..... you are beatiful just the way you are and you will eventually fall in love with someone who thinks you are the most beautiful woman in the world regardless of how much make up you have on. :)

I have seen pictures of them without makeup, and they look just like anyone else. Probably anyone could look that good if they were made up like that. Just consider them to be just like you, but with tons of makeup on. Cameron Diaz has ache, but you would never know it with all the makeup. She looks plain without the makeup. I think it would have to be their body, because you cannot fake that. Most of them are spoiled who are younger. I get so tired of seeing skinny Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, and those girls that have a sneer on their faces, with their little dogs that look like rats. What is that, what is so special???? Most of the Hollywood stars including the older men, are just junkies or alcoholics. I would not want their life, really.

By "young spoiled ones" you are SO wrong. Helloo - Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie worked HARD to get where they are today. It's not like they use their bodies for fame, don't have any talent, or throw away their millions for stupid things which probably could be used to help starving kids in Sudan - NO they're respectable young ladies who are just victims of this media-driven world. o_O
p.s. some famous women are naturally hot I think....Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie, Adriana Lima (if they didn't have makeup on, I'd still switch tracks for them...LoL).

I ee them without makeup. People like britney spears are so fake. I think lindsay lohans red hair is sexy, not the makeup she uses to cover her freckles

I totally agree with you.People are always intoxicated by outwardly look of celebrities and get fascinated.Common men doesn't know the tricks of Hollywood.

coz we humans have become very materialistic...we are unable to see natural beauty any more...but i believe in natural beauty...even tho..im not hot neither gorgeous....i dont take support of make up to make me look beautiful....i prefer natural beauty rather than artificial beauty...
all these chicks...are juz plastic...they are lacking real beauty...
