Salty's in West Seattle is known as the best. However, unless you are feeling rich and can afford at least a $200 bill for 2 people, you might try an upper-mid-level restaurant called Anthony's, which is on the waterfront by the piers. If this is still too expensive (about half the price of Salty's for dinner), then you can always try Ivar's on the waterfront, which isn't half bad either.

My favorites are The Crab Pot, a family-style restaurant on the waterfront. Depending on what you order, they bring a bucket of seafood (crab, shrimp, clams, etc) to the table, dump it and everyone digs in. It's a fun experience!
My other favorite is The Crab Company. Farther out of town, in the Northgate area, it has great food and wonderful service.
The truth is though, there aren't many bad seafood restaurants in town!
