How to change microsoft viewer so that I can complete forms sent by email, I can only view them.?

Sorry but viewer is just that, a viewer.

If you want to make amendments the you need to purchase an Application that can make changes and resave the document.

It may be that you already have this apllication on your PC, but just need to use it to open the attachment rather than letting the default application (viewer) do it.
