I am personally ALL about Derek Jeter but, girls, please don't limit yourselves to just to he and A-Rod as they are definitely NOT the only hotties in the game!
What about their Yankees teammates Mike Mussina and Kyle Farnsworth and their fellow pitchers Barry Zito and Huston Street (A's), Brad Lidge (Astros), Brad Radke and Johan Santana (Twins)?
How about catchers Javy Lopez (formerly of the Orioles, now with the Red Sox), Brad Ausmus (Astros), Joe Mauer (Twins), and Ivan Rodriguez (Tigers)?
Or why not outfielder Torii Hunter (CF, Twins) or infielder David Wright (3B, Mets)?
The list goes on and on...and these are just the CURRENT players.
For former players (since your question stated "best looking MLB player ever"), how about David Justice, Jim Palmer, Don Mattingly, Cal Ripken, Lou Gehrig, George Brett...just to name a few!

They're both pretty good looking, I think A-Rod is better looking than Jeter, even though he's been screwing up a lot lately. But Robinson Cano is my favorite.

A-Rod looks gay to me. I'm not sayig he is, I'm just saying he looks too pretty for a man. Jeter is something special. I love wathcing him play baseball...talent, drive, attitude -- only Yankee I like these days....
But the best looking guy is baseball is David Wright.

I don't notice other players that much because I pay more attention to the game.
