This is from "standby". Sometimes none up to 4 or 5 programs running..

Hold down three tabs control - alt - delete at same time, this will show you what programs are running

These are program running in the background or at startup.
go to start/run/ type msconfig/ok when the board comes up click on startup and check out what is running there.
unclick anything unimportant there

What kind of programs are running? It could be as simple as scheduled programs that are running. But check what kind of programs are running and add that to your question, it would make it easier to answer.

ur being networked by another comp reboot shut it off reboot..
