Why wait until Dawn? If the light is on then surely you can see to shoot them, and they wouldn't be able to turn the light back on.
Are you just going to lie there, wide awake and fuming, until the big male chicken (won't let you see the word 'cock') crows? Do you need to get soooooo angry before you pull the trigger?
If it's YOUR light then why don't YOU turn it off?
It will save you having to sleep in a cell...

That is a good thing to say, but here is some advice: Change it to "will be shot at noon." That way you will not have to get up so early and will have more sleeping time.
