and even the roads at least once every day?

Don't they know that water is a precious commodity and they are certainly not helping the humidity levels.

It isn't just Cypriots that do this - maybe that was just the last place you went for your holiday and noticed it! Most Mediterranean countries do this - and laugh at us for having a 'water shortage'
Water is a precious commodity - but that is the big joke! These countries don't have the rainfall but still manage - we do have the rainfall - but can't manage.
Makes you wonder what we are doing wrong, doesn't it?

because there not a dirty as us British... the roads and streets are a disgrace, we spend so much money on the extortionate services that these so called councils and utility companies over charge for... the cypriots are charged 6 cyp per quarter and they can do all that, well there is something wrong with this country not the cypriots

I have to say that I do not know any Cypriots that do this.
My boyfriend is greek cypriot and has never done this.
Neither do his parents, or his brother or sister or his cypriot relatives.
What an odd thing to say. I've seen more english people do this than cypriots. I'm chinese and I've never done it either.
