Why DO i have these cuts on both sides of my Butt lips sorry but i am 13?

I am scared to death that i have something that is not good and my parent are out of town

Those cuts sound to me like anal fissure which are common when you have constipation or just a large stool. They should heal in a few days. You can put neosproin on them if that helps.

Are they on the inside? Have you been constipated or had a large stool? Is it bleeding?

It is probably fine, but if it lasts for more than a week or two, go to a doctor.
