They are both slang, but they work. If you want proper English... I suggest you re-word both sentences.

I made a bed two months ago would sound better.
Do lunch is common, but if you wanted to use 'do dinner' in a similar sense, you could. It could qualify as 'poetic use'.
Are you aware of the connotations that might surround 'do lunch'?
It can be a really fun sounding invitation but it might also relate to the idea of a screenwriter pitching an idea for a film producer. Another thing about the phrase is that it can also sound like a 'brush off'. See reference below.
It is my belief that if you are in a friendly context and there is no question about why you are saying it, you will be just fine using 'do dinner'.

You can make a a bed and make dinner. So then you would have made the bed and made dinner :o.

I believe it is possible to say it. I just tried saying the words and presto, out they came. You try it, repeat after me "I did a bed two month ago".
See, it was easy.
It would have made more sense to say "I did a bed two months ago". (note plural on month)
