An IQ is an Intelligence quotient, basically it tells how smart you are. The Highest ever was 212, held by an unnamed reporter for the New York Times. You can find your IQ at emode.com.

Go onto any search engine and type in IQ tests to try one out. Average IQ is 100. Any higher is a good thing. Remember that IQ tests aren't always accurate and only depend one where you live. I am English and by doing an american IQ test i reduce my score due to some questions asking about change from a dollar and such, surprisingly i don't use american currency.

IQ is one's intelligence quotient. It is a score derived from standardized intelligence tests. Johann Wolfgang van Goethe (poet) has one of the highest at 210. There are IQ tests on the internet through test sites, however, you're going to get more accurate results if you take a bona fide test through usually (I think) psychiatrists or psychologists. Stephen Hawking's IQ is only about 160.

You'll have to look in the book of Guinesses. I think that's the way you spell it. And I don't know how to calculate it, but will be looking to see if someone else does.
