I am going into my third year of aeronautical engineering and am now considering minoring in business to be a little more marketable. It seems that I don't have enough room in my schedule for the minor unless I take summer classes next year. If I do this, I won't be able to get the experience I need through an intern that summer. What would a company rather see? A minor, or experience through an intern?

A "minor" means nothing in today's world. If you want the business exposure, then after you graduate you can take graduate courses in that field to get a real credential that will have gravitas to your potential employers. Your experience as an intern is much more valuable as it gives you an actual reference in your field. It's expected in this day and age that a quality collegiate applicant has done an internship. Not having that will be a big red flag. Your minor, on the otherhand, won't even be noticed against the other candidates.

I would definitely take the internship. Because it is harder to find and obtain an internship than getting a minor. Also, companies prefer internships because they are equivalent to real-world experience. I you want to pick up a minor in business, why don't you stay the summer after your senior year and do it then. Many people stay an extra semester/quarter at school to improve their GPAs or finish up their degrees. Take the internship.

I would go with an internship. You might have school but if you have real on the job training that is what they look for. I have to do my internships starting my sophmore year through my senior year for botany to get ahead.

Assuming the classes are the two at a school point direction and there is not any reason fore any college to disclaim them once you opt to declare which you have have been given taken a direction in that already, there would desire to be no situation.
