Just ask your teacher..."Is there something wrong?" Non Confrontational. Explain to him or her you were getting the impression that there were some form of underlying hostilities. Make it an open discussion. Bringing things to the suface tends to dispell these misunderstanding or shed light that your teacher is being unfair. Either way I think its the best way to stick up for yourself and then just letting the situation continue.

There's no good answer here.

If you can, switch teachers. If not, suck it up, be extra polite and hard-working, and know that this is just part of getting along in the world sometimes.
