You know that you can press *67 before dialing someones phone # and it blocks your # from there caller ID.. How would someone be able to get your phone # when you have done that every time you called them?

Just asked my son this and he tells me that if the person you are calling, using the *67 block--if they press *69, follow what the operator instructs, and then hit #1 they will automatically call you back. He says it won't give that person your number and you have to be a subscriber to do it. Hope that helps...but why don't you want your number to be known to the caller?

they might have computers hocked up to trace it back to you or press *69 to call u back
