You need to take the whole thing back to the store where you got it and trade it for one with all of the parts, or get your money back. Another alternative is to call the manufacturer's customer care number and have them send you the parts.

so call them and tell them and they should send you some new ones.if you just cant wait, then take your manual, go to home depot and match them up. hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
