I'm 33 and Self employed . I currently own a pawn shop ( 10years ) and 12 rental houses . In the past I own a carpet cleaning company , I also have a real estate lic and master plumbing lic , I also sold Christmas tree 1 year ( tough racket ended up delivering tree so I could sell enough to break even ) .I'm always looking for the next thing to try .
