Need more info.
Nobody will be able to help you without knowing what you are feeding the gecko & the care you are giving it.

Good luck.

i have a female leoparc gecko who is a little over a year old. it isnt that its their breeding time, they typically dont breed until winter. do you know the sex of your gecko? a male gecko has visiable pores in a "v" shape and a bulge above the tail. a female doesnt have the bulge, just the pores but they arent as apparent. if you have a female, although it isnt breeding season (they usually arent ready for breeding until age 3), she may need to lay eggs, even tho they arent fertile. she cant do so without proper calcium in her diet. make sure you dust her food with something such as repto cal, or you can put a small dish in with her with some in it and she will help herself when shes lacking. despite what many people say, if you're feeding it mealworms, you dont need to cut their heads off. they're digested before they do harm. i have fed my gecko mealworms many times without doing so and she is still in perfect health. it also depends on the age of your gecko. if it is juvenile, it is more likely to try new foods if it hasnt had what you give it in the past. an adult is less likely to do so. try giving it only live food, because a gecko is more likely to eat something moving than not, it sparks interest. if it still doesnt want to eat, you should take it back to where you bought it. it could have an illness, or may be suffering from impaction. it most often caused by them ingesting the substarte in their habitat. when purchasing a gecko, always check the thickness of the tail. a thin tail indicates its unhealthy. you can always ask them to throw in some food to see if it has a good appetite. hope this helps. :-)

Be very careful of feeding it super worms, cut their heads off or you'll wake up to find your Leopard Gecko eaten from the inside out...it's happened, I've seen in :\. If it's still a juvi, do not pu it on sand yet. Sand can make it constipated and that will stop his eating and waste depositing (personal experience....I was so young...so stupid). Make sure you have the fight light too. Should be okay though. Remember to dust the crickets and cut the super worm heads off.

Dude, speaking of mealworms. You may want to cut their heads off before feeding them whole to your lizard. I've heard of mealworms staying alive in a lizard's stomach and essentially eating the insides of the lizard, hence killing the lizard. I find a good way to avoid this is to cut their heads off. I usually just feed mine crickets, cause I don't like to have to go through the process of cutting the heads of the mealworms.

I cant believe someone just compared a leopard gecko to a pirahna!!! It depends what you are feeding him. Mine will only eat live food.
