my cell phone has been stolen by my neighbour. What kind of punishment will she get by god as she has bothered and disturbed me to infinity after the theft

You are already aware of three things First, that, who stole your mobile Second, that, the stealer is going to get some sort of punishment (if not by a human being) from God and Thirdly, that, the botheration is more from the disturbance caused by not being able to punish the culprit or waiting for the God to interfere in her moble calls from your cellphone.
To be at peace with yourself you can perhaps do three things: One, If you are medium hearted, Go and lodge a complaint with the police (Get an FIR) lodged {If you have'nt stolen it from some other neighbour of yours} Two, if you are small hearted, Go to the stealer's home and complain to her parents about the theft or if you are large hearted forget that you ever owned a mobile that was stolen and send in your card to your neighbour with the words, "I always wanted you to have that mobile of mine - Happy birthday".

call verizon, have it close off as temp lost / stolen so if someone has it they don't ring up your bill. I artwork for sprint and performance considered peoples telephone get stolen and their bill went up $a million,000 they had to pay because they did not report the phone as stolen. After that confer with verizon and be conscious once you've any insurance on the phone, and pray that you do, or you want to in hardship-free words purchase a sparkling telephone.
