I'm a Conservative (don't like republicans or democrats). You do know that a "neo-con" is a liberal in support of military action don't you?

I don't think anyone is looking for "world domination". However, there is a sense, among some, that you just can't allow people to suffer under dictators if you have the power to stop it. I wish the UN was a functioning body, not the corrupt and impotent on it is, and then perhaps the world could take on these issues together.

Liberals my ***. Dick Cheney, Bill Kristol, John Bolton, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle and Douglas Feith - all neocons and all dangerous extremist conservative right wing nuts. A few of them used to be liberals - but like David Horowitz - changed ideology. Neocons, although extremely hawkish when it comes to sending American sons and daughters to Iraq, were almost universally against personally participating in Vietnam. Dick Cheney got six deferments to keep him out, and John Bolton (the United States Ambassador to the United Nations) declined to enter combat duty, instead enlisting in the National Guard and attending law school after his 1970 graduation. "I confess I had no desire to die in a Southeast Asian rice paddy," Bolton wrote of his decision in the 25th reunion book. "I considered the war in Vietnam already lost."

There is nothing liberal, moderate or honorable about these past and present members of the BUSH ADMINISTRATION!

Small government, less regulation, and strong national defense sort of Republican here. I am one who celebrates the individual, and the spirit of independant business.

I don't consider myself to be associated with any political party. I prefer to have less government interference in my life and I vote for the "individual" whose policies reflect my preferences, regardless of political association.
