I am 18 yrs old and my height is 5.9" and weight is 144lbs(65kg)
I am doing 50 push-ups and 100 sit-ups along with cycling of half an hour....
How Long it would take me to tone up my Chest and Stomach

Well... that depends on what you are eating. & drinking.. also. Good carbs, good protein & no fats or bad carbs are also a factor. If you can swim that will burn tons more than what you are doing now. Esp. the freestyle swim & fly kick. Set up a program where you can do at least get in the water 2 days a week. Start with 30 mins & build from there. You will tone & shape at the same time. If you cannot swim - walk & jog for 30 mins 3 days a week with what you are doing now. Cycling is great but you are a young male & need to do other things to help burn calories. These are just suggestions.... Good Luck!
Factor all the above with what you are doing now & these in & I say about 3 months. Eat fruits like apples, green vegies, just not peas. Get a lot of rest
( at least 6 hours ) & drink a lot of water. No colas, beer / mixed drinks or bread - if you can stay away from these is a huge factor )

after 4 weeks u can see the diffrence but u have to keep working at least for 6 months.

lol... it will take even more than your whole life to do so.
becuase you are not doing the poper exercise... cycling is good for your tummy but dont do any good to your chest.
So I think you should consult a trainer if you want to be fit.

Do moderate exercises otherwise in future there shall be muscular problems. Take medical advice .
