Yes BOTOX works and is safer than aspirin. It is a medication, that unlike all other medications, it has never permanently harmed or killed anyone. You can't even say that about tylenol or aspirin. Yes, it can give you a temporarily "frozen" face if you are given too much. Yes, you can get a temporary lid droop or over arched eyebrow if it is injected improperly. But done skillfully and in the right dose it can reduce or eliminate deep lines.
To the people who say it is botulism... learn the facts. BOTOX is not botulism. Botulism is an illness. BOTOX is made by a bacteria (like penicillin is made by bacteria). If the bacteria is ingested then it produces a toxin in your gut in massive amounts. BOTOX is produced by purifying the toxin from the bacteria in miniscule amounts. Just make sure that the doctor you see is reputable and purchases the REAL BOTOX from Allergan not a black market version.

yes it works, but do you really want to inject botulism into your face? its POISON so yes its harmful.
We may not know the effects of these injections for years..... who knows what could come of it.
Aging is a natural part of life, and unfortunately in our youth obsessed culture you are made to feel sub-par when you start getting those wrinkles.....BUT try to wear them like a badge of honor. Be proud of those wrinkles, behind every one there is a story of your incredible LONG life!
I would advise against botox.
Here is a natural quick tip for beauty:
Whenever you use eggs for cooking, set aside the shells and use the extra goo to put it on your face, let it dry for about 5 minutes and then wash it off with water - egg white has a natural tightening ability making pores smaller and lines finer.....try it sometime.
GOOD LUCK! :)

It does work, however, if your doctor doesn't know what he or she is doing, it can cause a lot of harm, since Botox is just botulism. A single drop of botulism can kill 50,000 people.

it works but usualy u need several injections because the effect is temporary.doesnt have that much complications except in some cases if u dont get the injections in correct places u may get muscle spasm in wrong superficial muscle faces and as a result u may have extreme eyebrow pulling or similar things in different areas of the face

It has been so broken down and refined, it is absolutely perfectly safe. Yes it works fantastic. Contrary to what people think, you can still have facial expression, you can still move your eyebrows and forehead a little, just not enought to show the lines. It was first used in people who had twiching in the eyes to relax the muscles. Now it is helping people with parkinsons and other diseases. It can also be used for people who sweat excessively. I will never have any worrys on getting it. Its also used for people with migranes.

Yes. Its not just for women who want to relax out frown lines, it is also used in areas of the body, prone to excessive perspiration as it causes the area to sweat much less.

Yeah, it works - to make you look like something is wrong with your face! Learn to love your face the way it is. It is so sick to want to freeze your face muscles.
