I want to learn about the planets. Im curious in how and why are some of the planets all gas. Is it solid in the middle or all gas.

There is a *ton* of information on the planets all over the web. Learn to use a search engine and go surfing.

The 'gas giants' such as Jupiter and Saturn don't really have a 'surface' as such. The density (and temperature) simply keep increasing the lower into them you go.
