Our country is run by a bunch of narrow-minded Politian’s and Polygamy will never be approved. I am all for the idea of multi-mutual relationships, I think it’s the way to go.

Polygamy could be a fine arrangement, but until laws change to reflect that a plural marriage IS recognized by the government, and becomes accepted by society; they simply are impractical. In a plural marriage, the marriage would continue indefinitely, and could last for hundreds of years even as some members were lost to death, disagreements etc. The marital assets would stay in the marriage, and children wouldn't lose their home and family if two or three adults members were to die in an accident.After all, child rearing is one of the most important aspects of any marital system.

Monogamy is better for raising effective and successful offspring. Polygamy is probably a lot more fun for the participants, over time, and more stable economically.
I think that both forms will continue to exist.

Monogamous is the way to go I think any one who engages in multiple relationships be it polygamy , cheating, swinging, some low self esteem issues those kinds of people require extra attention from other people they feel like if other people desire them sexually then they really are worth something personally I think it is gross to have more than one partner

It sounds interesting but in a practical sense I wonder if it would work. Have been married 36 years and I don't know how men can stand having more than one wife to dirive them nuts. I don't think it is like the doublemint gum commercial where you double your fun; more like double your headaches.

i personally prefer monogamy especially when it comes to long companionship and not wanting sexual sicknesses. I hope my partner feels the same. Sadly, some human enjoy having multiply partners.

it will all depend on personal convictions and character of the individual person. this is already happening, most men are polygamous just that they play it under the carpet.

you'll have more help in household chors but as a man you have to keep all your wives happy and give them what they need and the kids too.
