I am 18 yrs old and my height is 5.9" and weight is 144lbs(65kg)
I am doing 50 push-ups and 100 sit-ups along with cycling of half an hour....
How Long it would take me to tone up my Chest and Stomach

well i heard that you need two moths two have'em but i think 100 sit_ups well be enough to have mussels before 2 months good luck oh i heard the food also can help eat looooot of healthy food... hope u get them

I think you would tone up very nicely in about three to four months of continuing this protocol...

u wud succeed if u cut down on ur meals... if u eat anything and everything, at any time, anywhere, u wud be at loss, and u shud not discontinue ur exercise. ALL THE BEST!!
