id have to say pads. i hate it when i sneeze, cough, or laugh and the tampon shifts. ugh, uncomfortable. and you cant tell anyone why your grouchy until you get to the nearest bathroom.

BOTH, pads for the most part, tampons on light days or swimming!

i take advantage of the two. Tampons are much less messy, yet no longer one hundred% good (in my case.) different cases I could use the two to be thoroughly look after. i surely prefer pads on my own, and for some reason while i do no longer use tampons, my era finishes an afternoon or 2 swifter!

Pads. It feels strange to have something inside your body. It feels strange when I move and I only use it when absoutely necessary (which is almost never).

RIGHT NOW I USE SANITARY PADS BUT I RATHER USE TAMPONDS MORE COMTORABLE SO U DON'T LIKE A WET SPONGE ON YOURSELF.
