Well, your question is vague. It sounds like you are wanting an experiment involving fusion and vaporization temperatures, and probably something measuring heat of vaporization and heat of fusion.

Of course you could have a real time example of triple point by taking a bowl of rice (steaming hot) and putting a scoop of ice cream in it. You can eat your experiment when you are done as it tastes quite good.

This is for school going kids- water when heated -show -steam [preferably covr the water vessel & show the lid making typical sound due to steam pressure.
Water when kept in ice trey - gets converted to ice.
