However, it is not enough. It has to be couple with some other sort of therapy.
Cognitive therapy would work really well, trying to reason out with the patient.

Basically, yes. This society is so over-medicated, it is unreal. Hardly any psychiatrists these days incorporate talk therapy with drug therapy.
