I'm guilty of doing that!!! I got mad at my husband for "being with" his ex wife ...in my NIGHTMARE...in reality she weighs about 100 lbs more than me..and she's butt ugly..BUT in the dream she had lost weight and she was all over him...He got an ear full the next morning...FUNNY?! He had the same reaction as you...I was upset for a good part of the morning..then we saw her at the store..and I busted out laughing..she gained MORE weight....

Skohteea:
You will feel better about yourself and your partner when you understand the dynamics of dreams and what is taking place with your significant other.
R.E.M.(rapid eye movement) sleep are those short periods of time that our unconscious mind has the opportunity to heal our psyches. It has been scientifically proven that subjects deprived of r.e.m. sleep quickly begin to exhibit signs of mental illness. Therefore, it is important not to underestimate the significance of this process to our general well-being.
There are no bad dreams, there are simply dreams. The inner mind paints symbols with a vivid brush that are often disturbing, and linger into our waking life. Your partner has been given an unsettling symbol in order to solve a problem. Between the two of you, with an honest discussion, you should be able to identify just what that is in short order.
Good luck, and pleasant dreams!

lol i have had some dreams where it makes you feel differently about a person but only for a short time. Some dreams bring up alot of emotions and this must be the case with your partner. Talk about what happened in their dream and say what you'd do in that situation or that you'd never do that. Its a great question, just hope your partner can get over this problem, good luck!

Hmm...maybe she is feeling insecure about something in your relationship and this is materializing in her dreams.
Are you neglecting her in any way? Maybe too busy, or you stopped taking her out and spending time alone with her, etc...do you have children? Sometimes life gets really stressful or women don't feel attractive anymore after having a baby, etc. etc....just let her know you love her and tell her it's crazy to think what she dreams is reality, but it is symbolic of something wrong there. Ask her to tell you if something is troubling her. Good luck.

Oh sure. One morning I woke up from a horrible dream when I was living with my ex. I woke up in tears and couldn't shake the feeling off all day. I understand what you mean "are you kidding me" but you know what ? It was things he was or wasn't doing for our relationship that caused the nightmare.

I was in a fight with my boyfriend. While I was sleeping I punched him hard and fell to his knees, when I woke up I felt so much better. I have had dreams that feel so real that I have a hard time keeping them apart sometimes.
