I suggest you buy the cheaper gas. The taste is not a big question.
If you can put this off a few days I will be happy to buy a gallon for you. I might even provide some candles for your friend so you can make a little midnight ritual out of your contest.
I think it would be neat if you could set up your full drinking glasses in a somewhat isolated shed about noon today. At midnight, just before you
go to win your bet, have your buddy light the candles.
Oh, be sure and ask your friend to leave the $1,000 in a plastic bag under a big flat rock about 50 yards from the shed. Please include a short note like - "For my friends at Yahoo Q&A.
Please divide my money and points between all who answered my last question."
That about covers it.

It doesn't matter which you drink,because you most likely won't live to collect on the bet.That's assuming that you were indeed able to guzzle an entire gallon of fuel,which is highly doubtful.
If , somehow, you WERE able to get the entire gallon in you , AND you survived , then the thousand dollars wouldn't even come close to covering the resulting medical bills.Not to mention that the entire rest of your life would absolutely SUCK because you would have dome immeasurable and permanent damage to your body.
This is your "friend" that you have this bet with? I would find new friends.

Here's a safer but also impossible bet:
Try drinking one gallon of diary MILK within on hour.
For some reason, this is impossible. I guess it has something to do with all the normal bacteria in milk or something. Your body will rebel before you can finish the entire gallon.
I like milk and drink a LOT, but I don't think even I can drink one gallon of milk in one hour.

You obviously havent had any gas of any sort in your mouth. It burns very much no matter which one you use.
How much would it cost to get your stomach pumped at the hospital and for appropriate treatment for this? It could be you would lose money on this bet.

Smoke a cigarette while doing it. It will make for a great fireworkks display since you probably won't survive drinking the gas anyway, may as well go out with a bang.

you can't win the bet. First---you wouldn't be able to swallow anything after the first mouthful. Then--if you got anything down, you would have what we call "an explosive" personality. My thought---work for the money. It may take a while but you won't need an emergency room. :-) Good luck.

E85 would get you drunk.... Regular unleaded would not.
Either way your friend wins and so he does not have to pay you....You will be dead and he won't have to pay!

Your kidding right? You'll kill yourself, retard. And your friend still would be any richer. Bet on a gallon of buttermilk instead, you'll still be alive afterward and have lots of calcium in your system to boot.
