How do you keep refreshing IE/Mozilla without having to do it manually?

Does anyone know how I can refresh a page on Mozilla constantly until the page displays? Is there a program or special option that I can choose?

Ummm...that last response wasn't very helpful. Took me a while, but I found an actual link. It's called ReloadEvery 1.5.1
