All of the national groups mentioned speak semitic languages, most of them arabic. Hebrew and arabic are both semitic languages. Language is correlated to race, but it is far from being a definite determinant of race.

Generally though, the different groups mentioned are at least loosely related. They are all part of the middle eastern macrorace. A race is defined by specific traits. If people look the same, then they are from the same race.
