I just bought some yesterday too! But anyway, the toner is to get rid of open pores and it feels tight when you put it on. Make sure you read the directions first... The cleanser does what it says, cleanses...
Oh, and it's spelled moisturizer... (there's a spellcheck thing you can look for when typing your question)...

You first wash your face with the cleanser. Then use a cotton ball or pad and put the toner on it then over your face. Apply any zit cream and then lastly the moisterizer.
All part of a skin cleaning regime.

The cleanser is to clean your skin.
Cleansing will open your pores a little bit, so the toner is to tighten them back up.

Cleanser gets out oil and dirt, and toner promotes circulation and color. Astringent would be circulation as well.

You need to pay a lot more attention in your English classes. That is the worst spelling and grammar to ever appear on this site.
