I actually don't like either.
Istari sounds too much like Ishtar which was a huge failure, so that has really bad connotations. Plus, when developing a brand name, you should try to avoid starting with vowels since they are harder for people to remember (I learned this in pyschology & I've done a LOT of research on brand names since I'm a brand marketer).
Radon is a poisonous gas, so I would stay away from that as well. Plus, I think there's a company with a similar name, so you may have trademark infringement.
Instead, I would start with what you are trying to communicate with the name of your company (e.g. what are the benefits you want people to think about?) and then brainstorm from there.
By the way, I like the "Graphix" part of it. Maybe there's something you can do to rhyme with it and/or leverage an x in the first name. You could really develop a cool logo with that.
Also, once you develop some possibilities, you'll want to do a trademark search. If not, you may find yourself in a costly situation. Good luck!!

Everyone knows what Radon is, why do you need to give descriptions. I chose that name so that I could use the radioactive symbol in the site. Also the name sounds cool. Don't forget that it is a "noble" gas. LOL! And I didn't like Istari cause it is related with lord of the rings. And i hate lord of the rings...

Istari. It sounds vaguely like Atari and those of us who are older remember that fondly.
Radon is a colorless odroless gas that is a serious indoor air quality threat and can even be fatal in some cases. Do NOT name your company after something with such negative conotations. Radion would be better since it is different enough to offset that, but out of the two you gave, I'd go with Istari.

Go with Istari
We have a mechanism in our basement that is getting rid of the radon gas because it causes cancer. Unless you want to be "killer graphics" go with Istari.

Well Radon is a gas that people have detectors in their house for since it's a health hazard. So if you went with that name people would think you hadn't really thought it out.
