he is from florida like me. i really really want to go out wih him i asked boys out before and they always said no. and he broke up with this girl that i really dont like and now he wants to get back to gether with her!! but i want to ask him out i need to know if a girl asking a boy is right or not or if he turns me down what do i do? please please help me!!!!!!!!!!!

I think his friends would laugh at him if he told them his girlfriend asked HIM out. It would show he had no guts at all.
You should find out if he's single first. How do you know he's not back with this other girl again? If he wants to get back with her, then you just have to accept that. You could make a real fool of yourself if you ask him out and he says no in front of your class mates.
