Most teeners go through this phase, so do not worry... you know what that is the first thing to do: Do not worry that much.
Be organized and manage your time wisely. Drink lots of fluids and get a hobby.
Think positive. Optimism is the key to a happy life.
Pray... this is the ultimate advise I could give you.
Best of luck to you.

Find out the cause of your tension and remove that cause to live tension free life. Keep yourself occupied in studies and don't think of anything now. Start meditating and that will really help you. Eat healthy food, drink sufficient water and take proper rest. The best way to get rid of tension is to read some good book of your interest and try to sleep as much as you can and the tension will remain away. Pray God that He should grant strength to face the consequences in life and try to control your anger. Be friendly with all. Share to care someone sorry and you will always live a tension free life. Start donating to needy and their blessings will help you to live a healthy life. Take care and be in good health.

This is a million dollar question!
You need to have a positive attitude in life, laugh a lot-this releases pent up tension.Be enthusiastic about life, Enjoy your work, eat a good & balanced diet, Meditate & excercise.
Also make quality friends & have a goal in your life & move towards achieving it.
Best of luck to you

As a teenager,
I think you have got lots of free time in hand..
Start listening to some sort of music...whatever you like ..maybe one hour per day..either in the morning or evening...it will take away lots of pressure from you..and relaxes your mind..
Secondly..maybe some amount of reading daily..preferably during bedtime...will relaaaax your mind..
You start off with this...In one month, some result is assured..Always..after shouting at somebody..or getting angry with somebody..sit peacefully and do a rethinking (post mortem)as to why u got angry.
Later on..if you believe in..yoga therapy...join one months class and some of the exercices in yoga (pranayama/ some asanas) are specifically meant for relaxation.
Dont worry..you can come out of it.okay ?its only a transitional phase..

I have advised many of teenagers like you. The best problem solution is to make a direct attack on your reasons for this stress. Please think, are you worried about something? Some unknown fear? Someone bullying you. Cannot cope up with your studies? Have you set your goals to high? etc.

I think you can answer your own queries. Please do meditate.

Colonapins or seriquel. These are serious narcotics. I have seen people take them. They will calm you down but I doubt if the side effects of these medicines are worth it! Oh and they are not spelled correctly but you get the idea!
