Mercury = 0
Venus = 0
Earth = 1
Mars = 2
Jubiter = 63
Saturn = 56
Uranus = 27
Neptune = 13
Pluto = 3

Thats a total of 165, altough there are 6 known 'planeroids' which gives a total of 171.... but 165 is the number of PROPER moons.
Hope this helps =)

This is for sure the real answer, check for yourself:

There are a lot of moons or satellites to be found. But as far as we know there are:
Mercury: 0
Venus:0
Earth: 1
Mars: 2
Jupiter: 16
Saturn:18
Uranus:15
Neptune:8
Pluto: 1
As we total them all there are: 61 moons.
Different books say there are more, some say less. Nobody really knows the exact number.
