When will t-mobile offer the LG Chocolate phone?

The commercial says it's available exclusively from Verizon, but "I want it NOW!" (Veruca Salt, get it?)

Never!
T Mobile has their own version made by Samsung. T Mobile doesn't offer any phones by LG, they have agreements with Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, RIM/Blackberry and HTC in regards to phone brands.

There is an option though - you can purchase a GSM version of the LG Chocolate from the retailer listed below.
