The 10,000 German Mark is in fair condition. It has a partial rip in a fold, but is completely legible.

About the value of the paper it is printed on even, in perfect condition. It was a period of hyperinflation and they ended up overprinting postage stamps with values in millions of marks.

It does not have much of a value, only a few dollars if in top condition. They were printed by the truck load and it took a wheelbarrow of them to buy a loaf of bread.
