I know Kirk Douglas is Michael Douglas' father, but they also look similar to Mike Douglas, who just died at the age of 81 and was famous for his talk show in the 60's and 70's and his singing.

no they are no relations what so ever. Also Michael Keatons real name is Michael Douglas too . But he changed it when he learned of Michael Douglas already was in the screen actors guild.
He took the name Keaton from Diane Keaton
