The size needed is metric and is M10 x 1.50 x 20, 22, or 25mm....Stainless Steel would be preferred, but plain steel could work

Try, ARP fasteners out of California. If they don't Aircraft use lots of stainless fasteners

[TORX HEAD CAP SCREWS]I would try calling the local hardware store to you (saves the trip)they will look for you if they are not sure to see if they have them.
You can get them in a hardened grade like (5.5,or 8.8)steel,zinc,and chrome plated.
ACO may even have them(you will find them in the slide tray dispensers section under metric cap screws). only the beter stocked stores will carry them though! (it does pay to call first ) good luck !!!
