No. All tubal pregnancies need to be terminated or the baby will grow in the tube and rupture it, which can be life threatening for the mother and damage future attempts to conceive.

Tubal pregnancy, also referred to as ectopic pregnancy, is the number one cause of death of women in the first trimester of pregnancy. With the numbers of tubal pregnancy on the rise, it is important to understand more about tubal pregnancies.

Tubal pregnancy, occurs when a fertilized egg is implanted outside the uterus, typically in one of the fallopian tubes. Once conception has taken place the now fertilized egg will usually take four or five days to travel from the ovary to the uterus. However, should the tube be blocked or damaged, or the egg simply fails to reach the uterus, the egg may be implanted in the tube and continue to develop there instead of the uterus.

About one of every 50 pregnancies results in a tubal pregnancy. Unfortunately, no one has yet figured how to transplant the embryo from the fallopian tube to the uterus, so unfortunately the pregnancy needs to be terminated. If it is not picked up and treated, the embryo will simply continue to grow where it is. The damage that can be caused from an tubal pregnancy going unnoticed is serious and in fact can end in death.

impossible, all tubal pregnancy will have to be terminate or will spontaneously miscarry. The longer the pregnancy is in the tube the more likely the chance of having to remove the tube.

No, it is not possible to have a successful tubal pregnancy. However, there have been cases of successful abdominal pregnancies but the risks to the mothers are very high

Cramping is extremely trouble-free in early being pregnant, it is your uterus stretching to make room for the infant. With a tubal there is in lots of cases extremely some discomfort or perhaps some bleeding. My mom has had 2 tubals while i became in my early young ones and that i undergo in innovations the discomfort she became in the two cases.

Even if a tubal pregnancy does not kill you outright, delivering from one can. The placenta has to implant to something, and your internal organs are not designed to handle the increased blood flow. Baby would need to be delivered by cesarian, then all the messy connections somehow severed without killing the mother....hard to do, n'est pa?

It's my understanding that it is impossible to carry a pregnancy that implants in the fallopian tube, to term. I'm sure there are the exceptions to the rule, but in normal terms, once the fetus begins to grow, it expands the tube to a size that it is not meant to go, and the tube will rupture. That's my experience anyway.

No ectopic pregnancy, whether located in the fallopian tubes, the abdomen, or the corneal region of the uterus, can successfully be carried to term. The death of the fetus is inevitable, and possibly the mother if rupture occurs.

it's possible in very extremely rare cases but if the docotrs find out they will not under any circumstances let it go to term if it even does go to term. the death of the mother and the baby is almost inevetable. but i heard on TLC that a woman had triplets, two in her uterus and one in her abdomen and they all barely made it but they did. but i wouldn't try it. aborting my baby would break my heart but if i had other kids i'd have to think about them, ya know? and my future kids and if i had a husband and family them too.
