Am I reading your question right? You got a girlfriend, I assume she is married and her husband is cheating on her with your wife and you with his wife. What can I say you're both cheating, even if no sex involved but emotional entanglement its cheating.
You either agree to go to counselling and stop this process, and try to patch up your marriage. Or you can all get together and start an open marriage. To have an open marriage its where both spouses gets together with others and understand the whole process meaning one gives consents to the other, no jealously, no anger, you both share each other yet with other people. This takes tremendous understanding on both your parts, with each other as one bounds to loose him/her self in the relationships. Look at the pros and con of an open marriage/swinging lifestyle.
On the other hand you sound jealous that she is cheating on you, what is she supposed to do? You're cheating on her, even if she is only the girlfriend with nothing going on. As a couple you go out as a couple. Many women in this situation feel betrayed, hurt, anger, pain and the trust is gone. If your wife if is cheating on you with her husband she feels hurt, anger and of course undesireable, dirty and unworthy and this is her way to get back to you and the girlfriend. Good luck

You are cheating to so I guess your getting what you diserve and so is your girlfriend unless by girlfriend you mean just a female friend and nothing else then I would ask for a divorce.

Well leave her and get your girlfriend. If it doesnt work break off and start afresh. Really hard to do but thats the life you have chosen for yourself knowingly unknowingly.
