I would like to say not at all--but I know that isn't true. I read beauty and fashion magazines and want the products I see pitched. I read several newspapers to get a variety of opinions and then try to make up my own mind regarding politics and what is going on in the world. I am not influenced by TV so much. I don't pay attention to what celebrities are doing, and I don't watch much TV news. There is too much "fluff" and not enough substance.

That's really hard to say. I would like to be able to honestly say, "not much," but we are so bombarded by the media's influence that many of our thoughts and beliefs almost become unconscious.

A lot really, but not in a way you'd expect. The media prompts
me to investigate news for myself & contrast data & form my
own opinions.

None at all. I don't watch the news. It's usually always bad news anyway.
