Fresh fish, not over-cooked. Also, plenty of green leafy vegetables and other veggies and fruit that are orange, yellow, red, blue, and green, from different colored peppers to avacados and blueberries. No matter what you eat, choose organic foods as often as possible (or always). Yes, they cost more, but the nutritional value is higher and the poison content is lower, so they are worth the price!
