If you "found out" that your girlfriend's breasts are fake, then you aren't paying attention.
If you have to "find out", then you do not know the difference between real breasts and fake breasts.
If you have to "find out", then you do not know the factors or the prior signs that a woman is unhappy with her breasts.
If you have to "find out", then you do not realize how you may have been a contributing factor.
If you have to "find out" then you should ask yourself if you really care about her at all.

Honestly, go beyond the fakeness of her breasts and see if a heart exists there.

Mine are fake and they feel and look like the real ones. Why did she get them? And did you start liking her before you knew that they weren't real? It shouldn't matter that shes got them or that she didn't tell you, which she should have done when she figured out the relationship was going somewhere.
I will tell you that I got mine because I breastfed 4 kids and they were like deflated balloons. Small and saggy! After my last baby was weaned, me and my husband decided to get them done and WE are loving every minute of them...

fake or real, it's still breasts. it dosen't matter unless she's a transsexual. Girls tend to enlarge theirs due to envy of others. I like it if my Girlfriend is true to me & will not hide anything from me. I'll love her even more.

If she's your girlfriend because she has big breasts then the problem lies with you, not her. But if she's your girlfriend because she's a good person then it shouldn't matter.

Depends, If she tried to hide the fact from me for a loong time, cause i believe in natural, then I would dump her. If she was honest about it when we got to a point in ou relationship and she told me and it was before she knew me I would not care!!
