Ok crispy, I will try and answer your question. I am cheytelle's husband. I do weight training and have done so for many years. If you are unhappy with your butt you can always sculpt it by many forms of exercise. One that comes to mind is the stepper exercise which not only helps you loose a lot of weight which might be part of your problem, I say might! This exercise also tightens and tones and sculpts your buttocks. When in doubt you can always join a gym for a short period and ask the personal trainers to teach you exercises that will sculpt your butt. They are trained in body sculpting. Also you can do rope skipping, also do leg squats, they are good for toning the butt, as well as the thighs. You can also do Pilates, which is great for sculpting, there is a miriad of things you can do. Just go and buy an exercise book. These books have the exercise, and the body parts that are affected by the exercise, you just pick the exercise you want. Remember, if you are unhappy with something, eg. your butt, don't just accept the problem, try and change it, and remember you have to realize, the problem won't be fixed overnight, you have to persist, and not give in to your doubts. That's how you gain results. Persistance! It will pay itself off. It can't help but pay off. Just don't stop. Take it from a weightlifter! Oh, and ignore some of the negative, insensitive macho responses you've recieved, as I have already read. I would normally say good luck, but luck has absolutely no say in it. Persistance does.

If you mean your butt is exceptionally big, then you should do a lot of exercise to slim down. Ever since I began using the treadmill on a daily basis, my legs and butt have lost an enormous amount of weight. You should try a regular walking/running routune.

Try exercise like walking on the treadmil, and ride a bike. Exercise is the best way to tone and slim down.
