My notebook has a problem on monitor?

Power turns up normally, but somehow screen is still black, cant see anything. I tried to boot up the system again, but still screen is black. what is going on?

try changing the brightness?

bad monitor/display, you need to replace it.

but before you do that, try to attach to external monitor to check if you motherboard on your laptop is okay.

the problem could be from the motherboard, but if it's under warranty, why not take it to them to fix it.
