i m 16, and i m takin some intensive coaching. some guys in my class sleep for just 4-5 hrs, and i find that i need atleast 7-8hrs.
wat bout ya?
i just wann akno if its normal, or i might be lethargic or something.

most of these guys who sacrifice sleep and work do abnormally well, duh!
i go to college at 7 30 and come back at 6.
i go to sleep at 11 and get up at 6 30
not that stressing, if ya remove the college part!

most people need 7 to 9 hours of sleep. it depends on what you do in the day. those who work long and hard job need more sleep. those who don't do as much need less sleep.

An adult needs atleast 9 hrs. of sleep a day. Not to worry you are normal and I am sure your mind will be more fresh than the other students, because the lesser the hours of sleep poor the out put will be.

Most people need at lease 8 hours of sleep, I usually sleep for 4 hours which is really unhealty.

One thing you will find in your life to be worth it's weight in gold is to learn TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS, allow a set amount of work or study hours,a set amount of sleep hours, keep a very stickied habit of this in your life,then focus on a goal of success and keep your studies pointed in that direction,the end result will be a balanced well rounded life with success's and money in the bank, sleeping 8 hours a night,must be done to keep your health,, in my life and others i know ,the time management skills are what the difference between whiners and winners, self discipline is a must. yes i know i have talked to much on this,but time management is so very important,good luck.

All human beings are diverse. The common human being universal is 8hours, even in spite of the undeniable fact that some human beings deal with on as low as 3. it is counseled that children attempt to attain 10hours of sleep in spite of the undeniable fact that, to promote good actual and psychological progression. human beings favor a lot less sleep as they become old, and maximum geriatrics will conflict through from insomnia. desire this helps.

i am 13 and like to get 8-9 hours. it depends on your age whether or not you are getting enough sleep. 4-5 hours isn't good and they will probably not do good in school

8 hours down to 6 is still fine, at your age u need those numbers to obtain normal growth

I need at least 6 to function everyday. Of course, with a baby, you are lucky to sleep at all.
