Sure! The plural of a word doesn't change because it's used for a different object/concept. The plural of mouse will always be mice.

In computer jargon a mouse can be both the physical object moved around to control a pointer on the screen, and the pointer itself. Unlike the animal, the proper plural of computer mouse is "mouses".

If using that phrase sounds silly to you use the term "pointing devices".

MOUSE is an acronym, and is short for Manually-Operated User-Selection Equipment so technically MOUSE is already the plural .

However, if you wanted to pluralise them a different way, you wouldn't call them mice - those are animals. You would say mouses.

No there is NO plural for the computer mouse.........when would you use more then one on a computer? You have not given this any thought I am afraid!!

yea. its latin. In latin if you have anything that has an ou in it, the plural is an i. Just because the computer mouse wasnt made in a latin speaking country, the word still is latin so its still mice
